Dark Side Mask’s Refund and Exchange Policy

At Dark Side Masks we pride ourselves with providing quality, unique latex masks. We want our customers to be very satisfied with the product they receive and to have lots of fun with their mask. If however you are not entirely satisfied with a mask you receive from us we urge you to contact us to discuss the reason for your dissatisfaction. The solution to your dissatisfaction may be simple, for example, it may be that you are not fitting the mask properly - we can help you with this over the telephone.

If after our discussion you are not satisfied with the product we can provide you with a full refund provided you:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to discuss the reason for your dissatisfaction.
Return the mask to us in the same condition in which it was despatched.
Generally postage and packaging charges are not refundable.

Please Note:
The masks are hand made and hand painted. Therefore no two masks from the same mould are identical and they may vary very slightly from the web site image.
